We believe in the best deal for the customer. We won´t sell you the “large” package simply because we earn more commission from it. We won´t try to sell you fibre if you simply want to browse the web and send a few emails.
The best deal for you is what is best for us! Why? Because a happy customer will tell others about their experience.
A dissatisfied customer will tell between 9-15 people about their experience. Around 13% of dissatisfied customers tell more than 20 people !!!
Our Story
We are a family owned business that has been operating in various forms in Lanzarote for 14 years. We have been involved in the telecoms industry for over 24 years, first in the UK, now here in Lanzarote.
We have worked with world-leaders like Mercury( became 1-2-1 and then T-Mobile), Cellnet (Became BT Mobile), Vodafone, Dolphin and Orange.
We owned several mobile phone shops in the UK and have been up to date with the latest technology ever since the Motorola Flip, Nokia 3210, the first widely used smartphone (the Nokia 9000 Communicator) and several of the world’s tiniest phones (the Motorola StarTac, and Nokia 8210.
We sold the mobile phone shops is the early 2000s when it became that small independents could no longer compete in the world where Vodafone and Carphone Warehouse owned the high streets.
In 2005 we moved to Lanzarote and in 2006 we first started importing top quality Jet-Tec ink cartridges to the island allowing our customers to fill their printers with quality ink rather than cheap chinese copies or very expensive manufacturer originals.
A while later we noticed a niche in the market for people to have a UK landline number connected by VOIP to a small box here in Lanzarote making calling friends and family back home much cheaper. This also enabled callers to call a UK landline number and call their friends in Lanzarote without expensive call charges.
Now we offer ADSL, fibre and mobile phone services all over Spain.
Meet the Team
Heather is our company´s owner. She has lived in Lanzarote since 2005 and first started in telecoms whilst still doing her A-levels at 17!!
